Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that the items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached. Underwear, swimwear and other personal hygiene products are not eligible for return once unpacked for hygiene reasons. For non-quality issues, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer; for quality issues, we will bear the return shipping fee and provide a full refund or exchange.
